The Chalet is situated in the green fabulous Concei-Valley, closed to the wood. The cottage enjoys a truly peaceful location and it is surrounded by a large equipped field. The house consists of three apartments (Chalet Arancio, Rosso and Verde) each with separate entrance and it is located near the Pastoria Cottage. The House provides a spacious garden with table and chairs, children playground, grill and small pool. Pets are only admitted in the Chalet Rosso and Arancio.

3-ROOMED APARTMENT 5 PEOPLE (c.ca 65 qm): private entrance, divided on 2 levels. Half floor : Living/dining room with large single sofabed, kitchen corner and sat Tv. Bathroom with shower and wc. First floor: one  double bedroom, one room with two single beds, equipped balcony overlooking the garden and the pool. EQUIPMENT: Fridge with small refrigerator, 4 cooking places, kettle, dishwasher, coffee-machine, toaster, microwave, tv-sat, pellet stove and washing machine on request in the common areas. Private fenced terrace (c.ca 20 qm). Big and furnished garden with grill, wood tables and benches, sun chairs, sunbeds and a small pool.. Private parking (100 m from the apartment). Bike storage on request. Free wi-fi. Only 1 pet permitted in the house and in the fenced terrace. Pets are not allowed in the garden and in the pool area.
